Information We Collect
When you use Sala Lao, we may collect the following information:
Phone Number – Used to identify users, verify their account, and contact the raffle winner.
Full Name – Used for account identification and raffle ticket ownership.
Email Address – Used for authentication and communication.
Gender – Collected for profile information.
FCM Token – Used to send push notifications about raffle updates, payment confirmations, and results.
We do not collect sensitive financial details (such as credit card numbers).
All payments are made manually by transferring to the organizer’s IBAN (Tou).
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
Account Management – To create and manage user accounts.
Raffle Participation – To register and verify raffle ticket purchases.
Payment Verification – To confirm manual transfers to Tou’s IBAN.
Winner Notification – To contact raffle winners via phone or email.
Push Notifications – To send raffle updates, confirmations, and results.
We do not use your information for targeted advertising or share it with unrelated third parties.

Sala Lao uses third-party services to operate certain features of the application. These services may collect and process user information according to their own privacy policies.

Data Retention & Deletion
Users can delete their account directly from the app at any time. When an account is deleted, all personal information (name, email, gender, FCM token) is removed from our system.
If a user has participated in an active raffle, their participation record (full name, ticket numbers, ticket quantity, and phone number) will remain visible in the raffle’s participant list until the raffle is completed.
Transparency: In each raffle, the participant’s name, surname, and ticket number are visible to all other participants. Ticket numbers are randomly generated. Phone numbers are never visible to other participants; only the raffle organizer (Tou) has access.
After a raffle ends, all related data (including participants and payment records) is deleted 1 month after completion.
Legal Basis
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the user’s country of residence.
Age Restrictions
Sala Lao is not intended for children under the age of 18.
By using the application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
