Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sala Lao mobile application (“Application”), operated by Tou. By using Sala Lao, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Application.
1. Service Description
Sala Lao provides a platform for purchasing digital raffle tickets. Users can buy tickets via QR code payment through BCEL One (via Phajay API). Each successful payment generates unique ticket numbers associated with the user.
2. User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering (phone number, name, email).
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must not use Sala Lao for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
3. Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy
All raffle ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
If a technical or payment error occurs (e.g., duplicate transaction, failed QR scan), you may contact us at 📧 Huablis_04@hotmail.com for review.
Tickets are valid only for the raffle in which they were purchased and cannot be transferred to another raffle.
4. Raffle Rules
Each ticket purchased corresponds to one entry in the raffle.
Ticket numbers are automatically generated and assigned randomly.
For transparency, each raffle participant’s name, surname, and ticket numbers are visible to other participants.
Phone numbers remain private and are only accessible to the raffle organizer (Tou).
Winners will be selected fairly and notified via phone or email.
5. Termination of Account
Users may delete their account at any time within the app.
If you delete your account while participating in a raffle, your participation record (name, ticket count, ticket IDs, and phone number) will remain in that raffle until it is completed.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sala Lao is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We are not responsible for technical issues, payment delays, or failures beyond our control (e.g., bank system errors).
Our liability is limited to the value of the raffle ticket purchased.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the user’s country of residence.
